RMA Service
 
 

RMA(Returned Merchandise Authorization) service is provided to customers under the following conditions:

  1. RMA is only applicable to customers who have the proof of purchase from 2019 SyncMAX. and a valid warranty of returned products; otherwise, please refer to Out-of-warranty Products Section for details on repair and service charges.
  2. An RMA number must be obtained from the RMA Department of 2019 SyncMAX. prior to the return of any products. Please go to the RMA Procedure section for details.
  3. Only functional warranty will be serviced.
  4. Any returned products that are found to be free of defects or is physically damaged will be returned to customers with freight collected. A service charge of $5 US per memory module will be levied.
  5. It is assumed that customers who fail to collect their RMA 30 days after being informed of their replacement/repaired item ready for pick up have renounced their RMA.
