RMA
Procedure
Complete and submit the RMA
Request Form to us. An RMA number will be issued
and sent to you by e-mail.
If
you don't have an e-mail address, please click here
to download the RMA Request Form. Complete and Fax the
form to us. An RMA number will be issued and sent to
you by fax.
RMA
numbers are valid for two weeks from the issue date.
If returned products are not delivered to our office
within this time frame, the RMA number will be cancelled
automatically.
Return
by Courier
- All
returned products must be properly packed with sufficient
protection against damage and static.
- RMA
number must be displayed clearly on the package to
guarantee the acceptance..
- "Returned
Canadian Goods. G.S.T. exempted" must be printed
on all shipping documents for product(s) returned
from countries outside Cananda.
- Returned
product(s) should be shipped to with freight prepaid:
2019 SyncMAX.

Idea Corp. assumes no responsibility for any damage
or loss during shipping.
- Returned
product(s) not matching our RMA records will not be
processed and will be returned at sender's expense.
Return
in Person
- All
products returned should be accomplished with valid
RMA numbers or copies of email confirmation.
- Returned
product(s) will be replaced immediately if stock is
available; otherwise, a receipt for the returned product(s)
will be issued and customer will be notified when
stock is available.
