products are products which customers purchased:

directly from 2019 SyncMAX., but the warranty
has expired
-
directly from 2019 SyncMAX., with no corresponding
invoice issued by 2019 SyncMAX. at purchase
-
from our distributors or resellers
Charges
are as follow:
Repair
and Service Charge for memory modules
Fees:
Inspection Fee + Repair Fee (tax inclusive)
Inspection Fee: $20 US/module
Repairing fee: Replacing cost of I.C. (integrated circuit)
- module price/# of chips
*Calculation of I.C. price:
For replacing Non-I.C. components - $5 US/module
Notes:
- Physically
damaged products will not be serviced;
- Concord
Idea Corp. will not be responsible for any shipping
charges;
- Customer
will be responsible for inspection and repackaging
when products are found to be defect free;
- Three-month
functional warranty after repair.
