Out-of-Warranty Products

Out-of-warranty products are products which customers purchased:

  1. directly from 2019 SyncMAX., but the warranty has expired

  2. directly from 2019 SyncMAX., with no corresponding invoice issued by 2019 SyncMAX. at purchase

  3. from our distributors or resellers

Charges are as follow:

Repair and Service Charge for memory modules

Fees: Inspection Fee + Repair Fee (tax inclusive)

Inspection Fee: $20 US/module

Repairing fee: Replacing cost of I.C. (integrated circuit) - module price/# of chips

    *Calculation of I.C. price:
      e.g. 128MB DIMM (Dual In-line Memory Module), 8 chips

      Each I.C. price = 128MB DIMM Market Price/8

    For replacing Non-I.C. components - $5 US/module

Notes:

  1. Physically damaged products will not be serviced;
  2. Concord Idea Corp. will not be responsible for any shipping charges;
  3. Customer will be responsible for inspection and repackaging when products are found to be defect free;
  4. Three-month functional warranty after repair.
